Im scared of injections help!!? |
im scared of injections what do i do ?? how can i get rid of the fear?? well getting the injections will help you in the long run.. soo what i normally do is relax(it will hurt more if you tense up) and look away it will be over before you know it and they will give you a nice smiley face band-aid or something..don't worry i hate injections as well i wish you the best of luck! I was deathly afraid of the novacaine injection at the dentist and as corny and overdone as it sounds the best way to get over a fear is to face it. Up until a couple of years ago I was getting fillings in my teeth with out novacaine. I finally needed some real work done and I had no choice. Once you see that it's not so bad the fear will go away. Things are usually not as bad as you imagine them to be. yeah my sister is 21 and we still have to hold her down when she gets a shot. The only thing you can do. Learn to accept it and put your mind on something else until it's over. |
