Does anyone have an update re the demolition of 2 buildings that sit in front of the New Acropolis?

In July, Mr. Zahopoulos, the Greek Cultural Ministry's Secretary General, used his vote to allow the delisting (and therefore the demolition) of the two historic buildings that you mentioned, which marred the view from the New Acropolis Museum. According to the state-run Athens News Agency, following Mr. Zahopoulos' resignation and suicide attempt, prosecutors have begun an inquiry into all of Mr. Zahopoulos's decisions while at the ministry, so it appears that the planned demolition of the said buildings may have been put on hold for now.
