Warmest place? |
were is the warmest place in north Carolina or South Carolina in mid march? Near a beach (within 30 mins) Charleston, South Carolina should be warming up by then. I don't think you'd want to go in the ocean yet though at that time. It is still a little cold. Charleston is great. It's just a nice size city and the people are quite friendly.
