Going to Salou ?

Booked to go at the end of June for a week. What do you recommend we do while there? How's the weather around that time of year? Thanks!

the weather is very warm then-salou is buzzing theres something for everyone and the beach is lovely too-strange thing i noticed tho when i was last there... most of the cash machines had been jemmied or something? very strange was hard to find one that hadnt been tampered with but thats all i can think of negative about salou

my nan has been there many times she always goes back. good choice of holiday!

Click on Salou and the tourist web site will come up ..I live not far away it will be hot 25//28 c

Got to go to port aventura awesome better than Alton towers the dragon khan and condor are out of this world. Don't go to the water park next door as it is really really busy and we had to wait nearly an hour for some rides. Aquapolis is better and less busy but still gets quite full so get there early if you want to hire your own rings. Don't need to hire a car as the buses are very good, lots of nightlife if that's what you are after and the beeches are nice and clean. Went back 2 years in a row so must of had a good time.

Lovely weather, friendly people and lots to do. What more could you ask for !!!

Just type Salou in the search window, and you should get all sorts of sites to check out.

Weather...mediterranean. In June that means it will be hot enough to enjoy the beach.

There's all sorts of daytrips to the interior, to Barcelona, along the coast. We went to Tarragona, which isn't too far. It has all kinds of Roman ruins and stuff, great wall, and one of the best preserved amphitheaters. wine country. Champagne country. Lots to do.

I stayed in Salou for a week in June, and it was amazing, the temperature is just right! A day trip to Barcelona is definately worth it and going to Port Aventure, the theme park is a fun day out and the water park is brilliant!! I'm hoping to go again soon!

I went there years go my family and i went to bullfights and flamenco dancing and at odd occassions we went to night clubs and the night club entertain us we went to one and Los Paraquays a well know group like the gypsy kings sang for us.

There's the theme park within walking distance or get the bus. Dragon Khan is a super roller coaster and the log flume is great fun or the runaway waggon. Food can be a bit pricey, take your own water. The beach is fantastic, clean and long. The temperature will be in the mid to high 20's. Beds and brollies can be a bit pricey in mainland Spain, get those rush mats and buy a cheap sun brolly for the stay. Just dump them when you leave. The prom is nice for an evening stroll and there are loads of little eateries scattered about the place. There are good bars and a Spar if you are SC. Eating out has got a bit pricey since the euro. There's a lovely little covered market for cheap clothes etc. It's not far by train from Barca, mugging capital of Europe. The station is at the west end of town. It's worth exploring the clubs up the hill towards the big hotels. you'll love it.

Port Aventura is excellent, but it is cheaper/better to book the tickets before you go. There is a water park in La Pineda, Barcelona is a must. Tarragona is a nice day out to look at the ruin. The weather is hot.

Hope you have a fab time.
