Plainning a Class trip?

Ok, I have to plan a class trip for my english class, I'd figured this would be a very fun assignment, But lets just say "My brains Not capable".
Anyways can Ya'll help me out?

This is what i have to do:

1. State the name of your selected city.
2. Give your five-day itinerary. <- - Itinerary means, Your Journey Plan Etc. (I didn't know what It meant)
3. List your travel directions.
4. List the weather conditions for each of the days of your trip.

OK, lets see, I say visit Cape Town in South Africa. Travel the Knysna Garden Route and all the wine lands round the Cape. Weather is nice and warm, between 23 degrees Celsius to 30 degrees Celsius. Loads of history and culture to lean and beautiful scenery

Guess u need to start thinking of a place to go!
