Is anyone here from Argentina and what part are you from?? |
I'm Argentine and my family is from Rosario. I have never been there though. What is it like?? and to answer eduarodis' question, my dad was born in argentina and moved to the u.s. when he was a kid. so i was born in the u.s. so my family is argentine but i have never been there. I麓m from Rosario! It麓s a beautiful city on the shore of the Parana River. It got a lot better in the last decades when they started to relocate the docks and replacing them with avenues and parks along the river, where there are spectacular views of high delta of the Parana. However, there麓s a lot of poverty as well. im not from there I'm from beautiful Cordoba! Rosario is a nice big city, but a little unsafe...I've only been there once, there are nice monuments and other historical places to visit, a couple of reputable universities and apparently a great nightlife. It's also just a step away from Buenos Aires. I am from buenos aires, its a nice city. im from cordoba! argentina is absolutely beautiful!!! i was born there and lived there till i was 10 years old then my parents/family moved to the united states and i hate it here. ive visited argentina a few times since because the rest of my family still lives there (grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins, etc). as soon as i finish grad school and work for a few years, i plan on moving back to argentina...maybe buenos aires. I am from Buenos Aires and I've lived there all my life, but now I've been living in MD, USA for almost 3 years now and I just miss it 2 much... I'm from Santa Fe. That's the capital city of the province where Rosario is, though Rosario is about 3 or 4 times larger and more important. I've been to Rosario several times, since I've got friends there. It's a nice place, too. It's big enough to have a lot of activities and interesting stuff to do, but it's not so big and overwhelming as Buenos Aires, especially in the neighbourhoods away from the city centre. I consider myself Argentinian. I feel that Argentina is the most beautiful country, rich with culture and wonderful people. My father is from Buenos Aires and moved to detroit for work. i was raised in the US but my blood is Argentinian.... |
