Going to work in Iraq, need to konw what the weather is like in Iraq now.?

Will be working for KBR>Leaving in February.

Highs in the upper 50's and lows in the upper 30's the next 3 days. (Fahrenheit) Very hot in the summer. Mild in the winter, although they had a touch of snow this winter. That was the first snow most Baghdad residents had ever seen.

It is still cold and the rainy season in February. It will warm up in the next couple of months though.

Very cold at night here in Baghdad which is where I am right now. Lately the wind has been blowing so it makes the wind chill a lot colder. Highs in the 50's during the day, in the low 30's at night. We've been having some rain lately, this is the rainy season. I would bring a medium jacket, one the is waterproof and also some water proof boots as well. The PX sells boots over here but they're usually out of the normal sizes. Good luck with KBR, I worked for them for 20 years and I will never ever work for them again!
