How do you order shawarma at Shawarma Reem?

Next month I have a long layover in Amman, Jordan and was thinking that I'd take a cab into the city and try shawarma, probably at Shawarma Reem. Anyway, I don't speak Arabic and I'm searching around to find "survival" phrases. I've figured out how to ask a taxi driver to get me to Reem's and back to the airport, but when I'm at Reem's, what do I do? Can I just ask for shawarma and get handed one or will my request for shawarma be answered with questions as to what options I want? And if anyone knows how to ask for shawarma and can give me the question in Arabic, I'd appreciate that, too.

Other suggestions for a quick dinner in Amman would also be appreciated.
