i.e. utilities, rent, food, and transportation Things are unbelievably cheap.Say you live in a posh neighbourhood- by their standards, which are very good.Your rent will be around $800, transport would be a bit expensive puttind in mind that a gallon of gas goes for around $2 and the distances are quite far.Utilities(mosly cable, electricity) would take around $100.but dont go flashing your money aroung.Bargain even if you have the money so as not to be sindld into buyin at high prices. Hard questions to answer without more specific info. For example if your home was 3,000 sq ft your utilities would be much higher than for a home that was 1,200 square feet. |
