What are some nice 18 and over clubs in the Detroit/Pontiac area?

I'm planning on getting a limo for my birthday this Saturday and want to go to a nice dance club where it's appropriate to dress up. I'll be going with some 21 year olds and some who are under 21. I don't want to go to a trashy club like tiki bob's. I was thinking of going to SEVIN or BLEU, even though I've heard both clubs tend to always be dead on Saturdays. I can't go to Canada because two of my friends are on probation. Any suggestions on where I should go this weekend?

I guess SEVIN is now closed, so do you think I should go to Club Bleu? Or are there any other nice clubs?

Club 22 in Shelby Township, 22 mile & Hayes. They play 70's, 80's, 90's music, plus w/ the music you hear on the radio right now. The decor is great, very upscale and nice. There's also Boogie Fever on Woodward. Thats a good bar too, especially the disco, saturday night fever dance floor.

EDIT EDIT: Sorry sweetie, but i believe both these bars are 21 & up. Just re-read your question. Before i became a mommy, i use to go to Altered State in Detroit (its the old state theatre right next to the Fox Theatre). Lots of room to dance and great music (a little pricey to get in). But that was back in 2004-2005. Im pretty sure it was 18 & up and is still open....not sure though.

There is tiki bobs (ladies in free before 11), the boom boom room, clutch cargos, lush, and SEVIN, there is also the emerald which is in mt. clemens (about 30 min from pontiac)

Go to Clutch Cargos in Pontiac. The place is retarded huge and they have different scenes in each area depending on your taste.

i always liked tonic. havnt been there in a while though
