I need advice on a good hotel near House of Blues in Dallas, Texas.?

I am going to see Bob Dylan play next Saturday at House of Blues in Dallas, TX. I would like a hotel that's really close so that we can take a taxi there, and possibly (weather permitting) walk back to the hotel and hit some bars up on the way. Does anyone have any advice?

The W Dallas - Victory is .3 miles north of the House of Blues -- literally within walking distance.

Hotel Lawrence is a good choice (and much cheaper than the W), it's a half-mile away...

don't worry about a hotel...just stay under one of the bridges downtown...you know, really get to know Dallas...great idea, right?

Take exit for Lamar Street/Griffin Street.
Exit at the ramp to Cadiz Street.
Stay in the left lane and follow around the loop.
Turn right onto Akard Street.
The hotel is located on the right.


Those 2 are probably going to be your best bet.

Hotel ZaZa. Hip/young crowd but not as seedy and crowded as W Hotel. Just call the hotel directly and you can usually find a good deal...Plus you might even see Tony Romo or Jessica Simpson :)
