anyone ever been to or lived in Cuernavaca, Mexico. Whats it like? Would it be a good place to spend the summer in? Howss the nightlife? Tell me anything you know!! I spent a month there last summer going to Spanish school and nightlife was good. Nightclubs, outdoor music, lively plaza and good street food. Cool and relatively safe place for 20-30 somethings Well, I am a PUERTO RICAN, and CUERNAVACA means neck of cow. I don't know about you, but I would not walk around there too late at night!!!!!!!!! i have never been there, but i searched around a bit & these sites i think will give u a lot of insight. one of them has reactions of people who have been there & lived too. am sure these will be helpful to u, just check them out. i've been there a couple of times during the summer. i also have family members that live there. in the daytime it's a pretty nice place to walk around. i've usually gone to do shopping. but i'm pretty sure it's nice to go and just hang out and i know night life there is good! tons of partyin! |

It has clear air and semi-tropical temperatures. It's about an hour's drive to Mexico City. It doesn't have as many gringos as Lake Chapala or San M... just next to choquachiwawabanana, mexico, it's a famous place. ...Encuentros ... great school, close to downtown, flexible with their programs and have families you can stay with. Jeanie even found me an apartment when I was there for the third time for a month ... |
