I am going on a cruise March 30, I have a passport question? |
I am a u.s citizen but husband is cuban and has a permant resident card, I know that i dont' need a passport (its not required till summer) But does my husband need one, or is the resident card sufficient The same passport requirement apply to everyone entering/re-entering the US. So your husband will be fine with his resident card, plus the other positive ID's required. Where do you get the idea you don't need a passport until summer? You needed a passport in JANUARY of this year to enter the U.S. by ship or plane. Your husband WILL need a passport or he WILL NOT ENTER THE U.S.... why is that so hard to understand.? |
