How 2 get super tan on a cruise?

First of all, get to the pool early. In my experience, on most ships, the pool area gets super crowded around 10-11am. So get there early enough so you can pick out a great spot. Then look and see where the sun is and keep in mind that it will rise up higher as the day goes by (so its not gonna be at the same place at 2pm as it was at noon.) Position yourself so that it hits you perfectly and there is no source of shade around you.

I like to spray Banana Boat tanning oil with spf 5 on because my skin doesnt burn very easily and it helps me get a nice deep tan. Make sure u time how long you lay on each side so that the front of your body doesnt end up darker than the back.

I usually stay out there for about 4-5 hours, and occasionally get in the pool to cool off (also wet skin attracts more sun rays.) Make sure you watch your skin though, if its starting to feel a little sensitive, go inside. Don't over expose it or burn it!!! This will turn into a disaster in 2-3 days.

And lastly, MAKE SURE YOU MOISTURIZE! After you get out of the shower, put lotion with Aloe Vera on all over the parts of your body that were exposed to the sun, this will keep your skin from peeling or freaking out. Aloe vera has a calming effect on the skin and its also a great moisturizer. If your skin stays happy, your tan will be more even and last A LOT longer!
