2 single young men goin on a cruise???

My friend asked me to go on a cruise with him before i left for the air force in april. Neiter one of us has been on a cruise, and im not sure which cruise line is the greates. Hes 18 and im 19..i know some cruises u have to be a certain age. Can anyone suggest a cruise line thats not really family oriented, or for the older demographic?

uhh were not gay..haha should have mentioned were lookin to meets some chicks ha

Well, unfortunately you have to be 21+ on most cruise lines.

The only exceptions are Disney and Oceania.

Disney is obviously family oriented, and Oceania is pretty expensive and geared to an older crowd.

If you can find someone 25+ to go with you as a chaperone, that would solve your problem. Three people can share a cabin. And if you do that, I'd recommend Carnival, a 3 night cruise over a weekend, as the most nightlife-oriented option. Or RCI will allow a chaperone 21+, but their nightlife isn't so good.

You can read more about cruise line age restrictions here:

BTW, I think it's awful that you are old enough to serve your country, but not to go on a cruise without a chaperone. Seems very wrong to me. Thank you for your service to our country.

are guys you gay??

Royal Carribean cruises are the best.

Don't ask don't tell but the are cruises with every perversion.

Most if not all the mainstream cruise lines will not let you travel at your ages alone - definitely Royal Caribbean and Carnival will not, unfortunately, since those are the cruise lines I'd suggest.

you can try the 7 nights Regent Seven Seas Cruises, it starts in papeete tahiti. this is great if you are in the mood for a french polynesian cruise.

as of last year no cruise line will allow you to board unless you are over 21

Princess Cruises was the last company that allowed 18 and over, but they discontinued that last year
