Is the Forbidden City in Beijing open on Chinese New Year's Day (February 7, 2008)?

Is the Forbidden City in Beijing open on Chinese New Year's Day (February 7, 2008)?

Yes I think so. Only upper workers get the day off for New Year, lower workers carry on as normal. This is what their website says:
Open daily all year.
April 1st鈥擮ctober 31 8:30鈥?7:00
Last Entry at 16:10
Tickets sold until 16:00
November 1st鈥擬arch 31 8:30鈥?6:30
Last Entry at 15:40
Tickets sold until 15:30
You're lucky to be going in winter - I went in high summer and it was unbearable! You'll need the best part of a day to see all of it, it's huge!

I would think so
