Taiwan is not part of China...

In the PRC, my favourite is Dalian, followed by Xiamen and Kunming...

hey Dr. Phil, he asked "city in China", so he did not mention PRC or ROC therefore Taiwan can be included..
as for whether Taiwan is part of PRC, let's leave it to the Taiwanese and politicians to decide..
