How can reach the China invitation letter?

you need to be hired by a Chinese company first and than they will send you an invitation letter, if you are coming to tour you do not need one

You don't have to be hired. Any company in China (including Hong Kong) can send you an invitation letter (to discuss business). For a Hong Kong company it should be to visit their China factory.
