Shopping places in Chicago??

I am going to Chicago soon with my mom and grandma, and I was wondering what good shopping places there are there?? What places do you like to shop there?? Or good places that you've heard of. I am a 13 year old girl by the way...

THANKS!! :]

THAT TAYLOR IS GENIUS!! PURE GENIUS!! :] :] :]

i think its called like the watertower mall. f i remember right, its a good mall. ALSO try A-BE GOOD, they have great styles from DIRTY RAT, to SCOOBY DOO they even have the famous, world known label AUNT LOWIS!!! HAVE FUN!! haha

when are you going anyway?? i just plum forgot!

Michigan Ave.....it's also called the magnificent mile

If you're going with mom & grandma you'll probably want to hit Macy's on State. It's huge...you can shop there all day, and theres a few restaurants inside as well. There's also a Nordsrtom Rack, Forever 21, Urban Outfitters and a few more stores on State.

If you really want to spend some $$, the Magnificent Mile is just north of the river on Michigan Ave with something like 400+ shops. This is a good site with all of the stores sorted by category: http://www.themagnificentmile.com/shoppi...

There are also tons of shops in Lincoln Park near Armitage & Halsted. Lincoln Park is one of the more ritzy neighborhoods in the city, lots to do: http://www.lincolnparkshopping.com/shops...

if you can drive a little out of the city - I would go to Woodfield Mall in Schaumburg, IL.

It's huge and not as pricey as the downtown stores.

I think what "Taylor" is trying to say is Water Tower Place. Yeah, that's where all of the designer's stores are if you're into that. The Woodfield mall is bigger and has more designer stores, but is located in Schaumburg, IL about 25 miles from the downtown area. If you and your family are limited to the downtown area there is still a bunch of cool places you can check out.

Go to Woodfield Mall. Chicago has 10% sales tax, you should go outside the city to save $$$

Michigan Ave. Everything is on that street. And Woodfield mall in the suburbs is the tenth largest mall in the US

Woodfeild in Shaumburg. Everyone shops at woodfeild even if its not exactly in chicago... but its still the best in illinois probably. =D
