Is the area in Buenos Aires: EL LAZO AND CABELLO a good location to stay? |
central, safe, not too much construction, or traffic noise? It's central and safe. But there's too much construction and a lot of movement. It's located in Palermo, a very expensive zone. well i was born there and stayed there ones but no is not a good place trust me it is horrible well Buenos Aired itself is pretty hard.....I'm from there |
