How casual/formal is Argentina especially dining?

it depends on how upscale is the place,most are informal

I've been there, and it's more formal at night than your country probably, but not like suit formal. Just nice.

Also when they say 'feeds 1' , it can actually feed 4!! too much food

In Argentina. A person could be dirt poor, but when they go out they always try to dress nice.

The Argentines all look like movie stars and they go out dressed and made up and ready for a Ball when they go out!!!
