Best place? |
Which is the best place around Buenos Aires to visit for 1 or 2 days? You're coming in late autumn so it's not the best time of year to explore Nature. Here's a link to beautiful places for birdwatching near Buenos Aires: Recoleta is a great area in BA, very artsy. Also, Puerto Madera. Flights are the best & fastest way but can be $. You can go to "estancias" to get a taste of the gaucho's life. You may stay for the day or you may stay overnight. That is cheap and there are very nice places about 1 hour away from BA. The towns where these "estancias" are could be San Antonio de Areco, Lujan. There you are going to have "asado" and "mate". tigre is pretty good ...amusements, river cruises and shopping in the same place,has to be worth a look...beautiful restaurants |
