Good hotel to stay in Buenos Aires, Argentina?

On Oct. 31 to Nov 5, my family will be in Buenos Aires. Somebody can recommend a good hotel (no expensive please: 2 adults and 2 teenagers). Recommendation for things to do and how and where I can buy Boca Junior tickets.

I recommend you a small hotel which is two blocks from the obelisco downtown. The hotel has breakfast included and it麓s really not expensive at all.
Ask for the luxe rooms cause are better.
