Fem here, but went to BA last weekend...the best hangout area is Palermo Soho,it seems like the whole fricking country is there and the rest of the world is at the Pampas' Good id signs for couples, singles and gay bars lots of gays walking on the narrow streets...lots of skin and the biggest meat market there is in the city.....enjoy the "steak"!
