Bristol OR London?


Is Bristol nice? or is it better in London?

Bristol is my "home" City, so I would choose that any time
My husband is an escaped Cockney and he hates London.
Depends on what you want - Big City or Small City
London has all the sights, sounds, history of a Capital and is mega mega expensive. Mega mega traffic problems.
Bristol has history, easier to get out of it, good access to Devon, Cornwall, Wales, coasts. Just mega expensive these days. Just mega traffic problems.

better for what?

Some parts of Bristol (like Clifton and Redland) are gorgeous. London is nice too, but very big and loud...
