Bristol zoo by bus? |
I know i have to get either service 8 or 9. But where about around broadmead do i have to catch it from? and is it far by foot ? well - living in Birmingham, i aint gonna try it! Don't know about the bus, but it's a very very long walk and uphill all the way. Brilliant zoo though, enjoy your visit. The Bus Timetable says Broadmead, Bond Street. The next timed stop is at St Augustines Parade. I think the Broadmead stop is round the back of House of Fraser. It is about 3 miles on foot, most of it up very steep hills. I always caught the 83 from Kellaway Avenue. Bristol Zoo is not far by foot and is quite a nice walk. If you want to get a 8 or 9, go to the bottom of park st. rather than broadmead as it's much easier. |
