Why does BRETONS are so intelligent and nice?

I've met a couple people from Bretagne in france and they are so intelligent and cool..... they like to work and achieve all they want..... is this part of their culture??

A similar thing happened to me in Cornwall, England. Like the Bretons, the Cornish are Celts (in fact the Bretons come from Britain, thats how Brittany got its name). These people, on the edge of England and France, are away from the hustle and bustle of the big cities.

They have beautiful countryside, the sea, their own identity and heritage. The Cornish people were so friendly and helpful to me when I visited some years ago. Maybe it is because 'country' people are just friendlier and nicer than 'city' people...

If they are intelligent... I think you need to spend more time with them.

thank you, that's very nice

I'm from Quimper, in Brittany

I don't know if it's due to our culture, but we like to meet new culture, and sharing ours ...

... Brittany has the best results at exams since at least 10 years.
we're always at the first or the second place :o) ... we're very intelligent ... and modest :op
