Sarazin => salted stuff. Can fill it with:
- smoked salmon
- smashed meat + gruyere
- roquefort
- goat cheese
...
Sweet:
- Nutela
- chestnuts jam
- cooked apple w/ honey
...

Sucree: Creme de marrons

sweet: lemon curd or fresh lemon juice and sugar
savoury: fromage blanc and freshly chopped chives. Cheese and tomato. Raclette cheese and bacon.
