I plan on purchasing the Boston City Pass for two people totaling $80. Is it worth it?

The sites included are:
New England Aquarium
Harvard Museum of Natural History
JFK Museum
Museum of Fine Arts
Museum of Science
Skywalk Observatory

*keep in mind its only a 3 day weekend for this.

That's definitely a bargain ... it's $9 per person just to visit The Harvard Museum of Natural History (although it's free Sunday mornings until noon). You might also want to invest on a T-pass if you don't mind a bit of walking (parking in and around Boston is a nightmare) ... www.mbta.com ...
