Bologna is an italian city, in Emilia Romagna,italy center.
it is famous for its university (the first in Italy center, in fact is called university citadel)for the PIADINA, typical italian dish similar to a sandwich filling not leavend鈥t's not easy to explainand...and for the BOLOGNA or MORTADELLA:a salume....
