In Bermuda, what is the Peppercorn Ceremony like? Is it attended by many locals as well as guests?

Wondering if people came to watch this traditional ceremony or is it just for Lodges.

I have'nt been to it. this is what I could find about it. Hope this helps.

(441) 297-1532 celebrates -- amid great pomp and circumstance, including a spectacular march by the Bermuda Regiment -- the payment of one peppercorn in rent to the government by the Masonic Lodge of St. George No. 200 of the Grand Lodge of Scotland for its headquarters in the Old State House in St. George's.
