Is it possible to lead a settled life in bermuda?anyone staying there?

pleeeease give details of universities, hospitals, people etc.

Yes it is possible but, very expensive. I have been here for 9 months now, my wife and I relocated from Delray Beach Florida. We have lived normally for most of that time. Finding housing was difficult, we had to live in a hotel for a month. But once wee settled in our apartment things got normal. We even made real friends! No longer do we need to hang out with my co workers, yea. Most of the people here are very nice, although there is a good amount of racial tension here on the Island as elections are next month. As for the University's and Hospitals they are second rate at best. Most go abroad for treatment of serious ailments and or education or higher education. As an Ex patriot you can only get so settled as you WILL have to leave at some point. This is Bermuda Immigration Law. That is evident from all the "leaving Island sales, cars and bikes advertised "must sell leaving Island". All that said we do love it here, the laid back lifestyle suits us just fine, others may disagree. If you are considering a relocation here I recommend you visit first. Check out this link for EMOO. It is an online market place for all of Bermuda, you can get an idea of housing, transportation costs and see all the leaving sales as well. Hope this helps.
