No it is not (yet).

Bermuda is part of the UK and its citizens carry EU Passports.
However, Britts and Europeans cannot just move here as immigration law prohibits this without a work permit.
There is a movement here on the island for independence, which I think is an ego thing among politicians.
If your family has some claim to Bermudian citizenship I recommend they come here and register to vote and vote for next months election. It is an important one for the island!!
