First train on a week day is at 4:53. It takes you 7 minutes to get there.

3-5 minutes you will pass Central Station between it.

You have a train at 00:19 leaving from Brussels South.
Arriving in Brussels North station seven minutes later at 00:26.

You can also take the tram, but this 'll take you longer (about 22 minutes).

Be aware that the 00:19 train is the LAST one (at 00:31 you have the last tram) after that you're stuck until 4:31/

May I complete the answers by the previous answerers (the contents of their answers are correct): the schedule is Bruxelles Midi (Brussel Zuid), Bruxelles Central (Brussel Centraal) and Bruxelles Nord (Brussel Noord) , a ride of 7 to 8 minutes on the underground railroad from the Belgian Railroad System (NMBS). However, to avoid that you end up somewhere in France let me tell you which trains will take you to Brusel Noord and not in the opposite direction: all trains which go to Antwerp/Anvers/Antwerpen, all trains which go to Mechelen/Malines, all trains which go to Leuven/Louivain (NOT to Louvain la Neuve), all trains which go to Liege/Luik and even an international train which goes to Aachen/K枚ln.
