Why, exactly, did Belgium's justice system release Fehriye Erdal?

The woman is a murderer. This is proven by security cams. How can Belgian court refrain from returning this woman to Turkey for trial and how can it not punish her?

I find it hard to believe!

Good Evening Mamma,

One minutes ago, I read it ... (Milliyet Newspaper)
And I am shocked ...

I am really wonder our Belgian Friends what thinks about it ?

Thanks for this question,

Take Care

****
Edit : To Cisje,
If you are reading, would you please answer Mamma's question ?
Thanks

Just like any other European country, They are afraid of few people getting to gather and making noise, it is okay as far as that goes,
She is in prison, Belgium is her prison, she will for ever look over her shoulder . will never travel, worst of all, she has no home no.country ,I say good riddance , wont cost Turkey a single penny,

Same here I'm clueless....it's obvious that she's a murderer they just let her got away although they were completely aware of the incident (that took place in Istanbul,Turkey) ....I don't know what they are up to? ~sad but true~

Not change anything that the Turkish terrorist woman is a murderer for Belgium's justice system. so Belgium's justice system makes a decision by prejudiced for Turkey, Cause They suppose in Turkey has not human rights as wrong as an opinion. If the biggest wrong is our politic structure. So, we closed our eyes to developments in the world and fight with problem of turban as if Turkey has not another problems... If the Poor Turkish people watch to all events.

Erdal was only charged with being part of a criminal organisation. The Court has ruled that this has not been proved. Therefore she is freed of those charges.
However she was found guilty of passport forgery and possessing weapons. She has been sentenced to 2 years BUT she is currently on parole.
The charges were not about the murder in Istanbul. So it's only normal that she did not get senteced for that crime.

Because very simple Belgium is very corrupt!

That s true the woman is a murderer ,mom.and it s a shame
that she escaped from the hands of the Belgian cops more Belgian secret service.

what if we ve captured Dutroux in here and let him go.Things change and we note this somewhere.

This is for Chantald: so Belgium is very corrupt. I am not going to say that there are no cases of corruption in Belgium or were no cases of corruption (The Alberta helicopters for example) but before making such broadbrush accusation to your host country you should do some serious research about degrees of corruption in the world. You can find all you need in some www.sites of the United Nations. And if Belgium is so corrupt why don't you run, not walk to your home country. Nobody obliges you to stay in Belgium. If you want corruption come to the area where I live (A Latin American country) and there is not one repeat not one government department where you cannot obtain the document you require by bribing. Before offending your host country, which I am sure is paying you all the social advantages you should at least be so fair as to do some research.
