Is there any cheap hotels walking distance to 6th street? |
Austin Texas motel 6 on the corner is... its a little ways to walk but its not that bad .. i want to say its about 65-85 a night Yes, the La Quinta Inn on 11th street offers the best rates given the prime location. It is certainly not a 4 or 5 star hotel (maybe not even a 3), but it is right in the heart of downtown. http://www.hotels.com Try this website www.cheaphotel-s. com , you can search through 30 over websites and 700,000 hotels worldwide. You can choose to search through hotel ratings and price. There are some, but they can be pretty scary at night. Extended Stay America is on 6th and Guadalupe, their rates are usually comparable or cheaper to LQ, but they do not have valet parking like LQ does. (Valet parking at LQ is about $12/night and it's mandatory if you have a car) If you're gonna go to sixth street, I bet there would be some crazy hippie that would take you in for the night. Actually Texas has some of the best roadways in the U.S. It depends on where you were. Since there is now so many more 18 wheelers on the roads it is making it hard to keep the roadways in pristin... These will go on sale about 15 minutes prior to screening time if there is still seating available. The single admission ticke... Downtown Austin on 6th street is a must. I highly reccommend checking out the Fado Irish Pub and Restaurant on Saint Patrick's Day. The Alamo Drafthouse is also something you should conside... A lot of it depends on your age. If you are late 20s-early 30s, then one of the hottest spots in Austin is the southwest side of town. More specifically, you should check into the neighborhoods ... |
