How reliable is Ryanair ??

Hi-thinking of using Ryanair in April for cheap flights around Europe.
I know the fares are good-but do they have a lot of delays,etc ?
I`m concerned about late flights as it would be to follow a band on tour-and I need to fly in to destinations on the day of the gigs-I`d hate to have a dealyed flight & miss the gig !

Can I suggest you read the differing opinions of passengers on the Skytrax website, which operates the worlds largest passenger survey. There are 200 reviews on Ryanair, so a good cross section should be available. Best of luck.

i use em all the time and yes sometimes iv had a half hour delay but there usually very good

Some friends and I were set to take Ryanair from Frankfurt to Ireland - we missed the flight by only a few minutes it was still on the tar-mack, but they wouldn't let us board. Cuz the tickets were so cheap there was no refund either. They offered us a later ticket for triple the price to London later that night, but no discount and no refund.

depends if you wanna get to the right airport, they messed up last year and landed at an army base whos landing strip runs in exactly the same direction as the one they were due to land at but it was about 15 to 20 miles away from it!! it was in a lot of papers and on the news the headlines were RyanWhere!!!

i have flown with them but never again, we were flying to Barca and the plane was full every one sat down and the flight attendant came on and said "sorry this flight is cancelled, please get off" and that was that, luckily we got a flight to zaragoza but had a 3 hour train ride to Barca and had to pay for it. try easy jet slightly better, but try the link below. Air Berlin are cheap and very very good.

I wouldn't touch them with a barge pole, or drum stick! I vow never ever to use them again, as they are sooooo poor. Customers mean nothing to them, other than their money.

And their locations are often not where you really need them to be. Choose wisely.
