Say i'm going from Rome to NYC but I'm connecting through Paris, do I have to go through customs in Paris? In this case you would not have to clear customs. However, say you were connecting through DC, or somewhere else in the states, then yes. You have to clear customs at the first point of entry when going through the United States. No. |
