Can You Fly From Miami To Cuba??

Me and my friend are arrguing that you can go from the united states to cuba is this true or do you have to go somewhere like from canada or Mexico??

The two previous answers are not correct. A few airlines offer flights from Miami to Cuba -- however, they are operated as special charter flights. A person would need permission from the United States Treasury (not the Department of State, as incorrectly cited already) to board the flight and travel, but permission is generally granted only for humanitarian or religious reasons, or for persons who have obtained special permission to visit relatives. Traveling from the US to Cuba is more common through a third country (which is usually Canada or Mexico), but that doesn't make it any less illegal for US citizens and permanent residents.
