How do you get $10 airfare on skybus airlines? i know you have to sign up for email alerts, but what then?

i know you have to sign up for email alerts, but how often do they come, and what do you do when you get the email alert?

I just read a brilliant article about this on a blog I visit: http://www.airlinebulletin.com/ ... gives a good explanation, and says to sign up for Skybus's alerts and just be ready to book as possible.

The email comes out at 4 am. The web site gets VERY busy on these days. The day you get the email go to the site. put in where you are and where you want to go. Then the calendar will come up. Where ever you see $10 on the day, $10 tickets are up for grabs. There are only 10, $10 seats per flight.

They send out the emails about every 3 to 4 months.

When you get the email you have to go to the site right away because the $10 fares go very quickly for places like Los Angeles that are very popular. They just released fare for June and July and when I checked the website at 8 am (2 hours after the tickets were released) all of the $10 fares to L.A. were gone. You have to act quick.
