Demo flight? AFI Weight question?

I am taking a demo flight tomorrow in a Cessna G1000, what are the weight restrictions on how much can be on the plane. Weight restrictions for a person. someone that is going with is 210 lbs. is that ok?

That should be fine. Cessnas can carry a light load a long distance or a heavy load a shorter distance. The difference is all in how much fuel it can take on with the given loading.

Demo flights are not long distance flights. The plane will probably be fueled in such a way that it can be loaded with 4 good sized adults. The demo pilot will be able to tell you for sure.
