On a tour to Adelaide?

Will be visiting Cleland Wildlife park how far is it from Adelaide convention centre.

About 30 minutes by car. There are also public buses that go there.

If you are driving, try to also visit the town of Hahndorf for at least an hour, as there is so much to see there, and it is not that far from Cleland.

Warrawong Wildlife Sanctuary is also worth visiting. They usually have free admission during the day, but it is better to go at night, as many of our native animals are nocturnal. They do night tours, and they even have Platypus in their native environment. Once again, this is in the Adelaide Hills and only a short drive from the CBD.

Also try to make time to drive out to Monarto Zoo, which is just off the main freeway when you come into Adelaide via road, from say Melbourne. Here the animals roam free, and visitors sit inside a bus to view them. There are animals from many continents based there.
